You may cancel your tour at least 30 days before the start date without any cancellation charges. Any payments made will be refunded, excluding applicable processing fees.

If you cancel within 30 days of your tour, a 50% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total package cost. This helps cover preparation, administrative expenses, reservations, and other operational costs already incurred.

Failure to arrive for your tour or last-minute cancellations may result in higher charges or no refund, depending on prior bookings and commitments.

In case of emergencies or unforeseen situations, please contact us as soon as possible. While the policy applies, we will do our best to assist you where possible.
