Hotels
Hotels that host international visitors must be certified by Bhutan’s Department of Tourism. They range from comfortable, traditionally built hotels to international luxury lodges in the main valleys.
Our regular price includes hotels approved by the Department of Tourism, chosen for their location and comfort. If you would like a particular hotel or a higher category, tell us and we will quote the difference.
Homestays and farmhouses
Village homestays must be certified and registered with the Department of Tourism. Staying with a family is simple, warm and memorable; see homestays.
In central and eastern Bhutan
Outside the western valleys the choice is smaller and more simple. We choose the best available in each town.
On treks
On treks you sleep in tents at campsites along the route.
